Building Trust in the Workplace
A half-day workshop on how trust is built at work
Overview
A half-day workshop on how trust forms at work and how to build it deliberately. Participants define trust, examine what makes a person trustworthy, and practise strategies across the rational, emotional, and communication domains, including in remote and hybrid teams. The pack gives a trainer a fully scripted session: slides, timed activities, practice scenarios, and a self-assessment leading to a personal action plan.
Format. Half day (about 4 hours including breaks). Designed for classroom delivery and adaptable to live online sessions.
Who it is for. Open level: managers, HR teams, and employees at any level who need to know how to be perceived as more trustworthy at work.

Covers what makes a person trustworthy, the rational and emotional elements of trust, and how introvert and extrovert personalities differ in what they value and trust.
Practical strategies in the rational, emotional, and communication domains, applied through scenario-based skills practice.
