The three rules that matter
- Delivery is unlimited. Once you own a kit, no counter is running. No per-delegate fees, no annual renewal, no expiry.
- Editing is unrestricted. The materials are a starting point. Adapt them to your industry, your audience, your house style.
- The files stay with the license. Delegates receive printed or PDF outputs — workbooks, handouts, certificates. The editable source files are never transferred, sold or published, by either license.
How the license is enforced
Every download is generated per order and stamped — on the covers, in the metadata, and on an included license certificate — with the purchaser's name or organisation, the license tier, and the order number. A personal-license file circulating inside a company identifies itself. We would rather the stamping never matters: if your team outgrew a Single Trainer license, upgrading costs the difference and takes a day. Honest mistakes get honest fixes; commercial redistribution gets pursued.
Common cases
Freelance trainer delivering for clients. Single Trainer license. Charge your clients whatever you like for delivery; give delegates their workbooks; keep the source files.
Internal L&D team. Organisation license, stamped to the company. Any of your trainers can deliver internally and the team can share and co-edit the files.
Training company with several facilitators delivering to clients. Contact us for multi-seat terms — this sits between the two standard licenses and is priced case by case.
