It reports status and completion back to your platform like any SCORM course. The download is the course itself; there are no separate slide, workbook or handout files.
The SCORM package is a built course and is not supplied as editable source, so you cannot rewrite the scenarios yourself. If you need it in your own identity, the white-label edition rebuilds the course in your brand before delivery. Host the course on your own LMS for unlimited internal learners, forever — no per-seat fees and no renewals. It is a per-organisation license covering the people inside your organisation. It does not permit reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the SCORM package itself, or hosting it for learners outside your organisation. The licensing page has the full terms.
No. Every purchaser receives the same SCORM package, so there is no per-order stamp inside it — your order is the license record. White-label builds are the exception: those are generated for your organisation and carry your identity throughout.
Yes. The license is per organisation, not per seat: once the package is on your LMS, every internal learner can take it, with no cap and no renewal. Hosting it for learners outside your organisation is what the license does not cover.
Not under the standard license. It covers learners inside your own organisation, so hosting the course for a client’s staff, or on a client’s LMS, is outside it. If you are a training business and want to deliver MIZAN courses to clients, talk to us about multi-seat or reseller terms.

Yes — within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the package. Because this is a digital product, downloads are not refundable; if a package will not import or does not work in your LMS, we fix it. The refund policy has the details.
