Culture Health Score
Twenty-one questions, about ten minutes, and a scored report you can keep. It measures your organisation against the seven cylinders of the Mizan framework and shows you which layer is carrying the strain.
Why this is worth ten minutes
Most culture surveys tell you how people feel. That is a symptom. This tells you which layer of the organisation is failing — and the layers are ordered, so the answer changes what you should do next. A trust problem sitting on top of an unsafe workplace is not a trust problem; it is a safety problem wearing trust's clothing. Fixing the wrong layer is the most common and most expensive mistake in organisational development.
What the seven cylinders measure
- 1. Safety — Security, stability, health and wellbeing. The floor everything else stands on.
- 2. Belonging — Trust, inclusion, connection and genuine collaboration.
- 3. Growth — Learning, achievement, discipline and the pursuit of excellence.
- 4. Meaning — Purpose, contribution, service and visible impact.
- 5. Integrity — Fairness, justice, transparency and the courage to tell the truth.
- 6. Wisdom — Compassion, understanding, patience and sound discernment.
- 7. Transcendence — Unity, alignment, harmony — the parts pulling as one.
What you get
- A score out of 100 for each of the seven cylinders
- Your cultural maturity — the highest cylinder your organisation genuinely holds
- A drag score: how strongly the limiting version of each value is showing up
- The single layer to address first, and why that one
Nothing is stored. The assessment runs in your browser and the report is yours to download. We ask for an email address so we can send you the report and, if you want it, the deeper analysis — nothing else.
This is a self-assessment of your own perception. The full Culture analysis runs the same framework across your whole workforce, which is a different and far sharper instrument.
Twenty-one statements. There are no right answers, and a low score is more useful than a flattering one.
