Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace
One-day trainer's pack on emotional intelligence in the workplace
Overview
A one-day course built on Goleman's four-element model of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. Participants benchmark their EQ with a questionnaire, work through each ability via discussions and activities, examine emotional intelligence at work, and finish with a personal action plan. The pack gives a trainer everything needed to deliver the session in a classroom or online, and every document is editable.
Format. One day (about 6 hours including breaks); can be split into 2-hour online sessions. Designed for classroom delivery and adaptable to live online sessions.
Who it is for. Open level, for anyone who wants to develop emotional intelligence in their personal life and at work; the workplace module is particularly useful for managers, leaders and HR teams.
