Structure Analysis

Your org chart is a set of decisions somebody once made — who decides, who reports, how wide a manager can stretch. The engines read those decisions against the strategy you say you are pursuing.

What it examines

Spans of control, layer counts, duplicated functions, orphaned roles, decision bottlenecks — and where the structure quietly contradicts the strategy. Slow decisions read as a culture problem; an overloaded manager reads as a performance problem. If the structure is generating the symptom, nothing else will fix it.
