Values Alignment Analysis

Enter your company's stated identity — the vision, the mission, the values on the wall — and the engines read each value in the Mizan framework and map your identity onto the seven cylinders. Stateless: nothing you enter is stored.

For each value you can say what it means in one line — the analysis reads the definition, not just the label. Optional, but two companies that both say “Integrity” usually mean different things.

0 of 30 — at least one value is required.

This analysis is stateless: your inputs are mapped in memory and returned to this page. Nothing is written anywhere.

What this instrument is and is not

This is a structured diagnostic aid, not a psychometrically validated assessment. It has not been through formal reliability or validity testing, and there is no norm group behind the numbers. It reads perception and self-report: the result is a prompt for a conversation, not a measurement of a person or an organisation.

It must not be used to make or justify an employment decision about any individual — hiring, selection, promotion, pay, performance rating, discipline or termination — and it must not be offered as evidence in one. Nothing here is legal, medical or regulatory advice.

How your data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
